Responsibilities:
As a Network Technician, you will be required to perform the following responsibilities, including but not limited to:
- Install Structure Cabling for Telecom Systems (Telephone Systems (NEC, Mitel, Phonesuite, etc.), WiFi Systems (Cisco, Meraki, Ruckus etc.), TVs & Displays (LG, Samsung, etc.), Surveillance Systems, Low Voltage Cable (Structure Cabling)) in the following industries: 1) Hospitality, 2) Healthcare, 3) Enterprise
- Assist with maintaining network LAN / WAN infrastructure and systems for small, regional, and large office and call center environments.
- Perform advanced troubleshooting to identify, resolve, and provide root cause analysis of network related issues.
- Participate in and respond to system and network incidents.
- Minimal ravel as required to support troubleshooting and fixing network issues.
- Support a data and voice network infrastructure by using network monitoring and management tools.
- Perform system and network analysis by using well defined toolsets for proactive monitoring, troubleshooting and incident response (packet capture, application performance management, syslog, netflow etc).
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent and one year network technician experience.
